Supervisor of Elections Joe Scott says they moved voting from Mullins Senior Center in Coral Springs to Mullins Hall and they closed the precinct at Paradise Village Clubhouse in Davie and move it to Tree Tops Park.  There are signs at the locations, plus they put notices out on social media and sent text and email messages to voters.
