Another 12 apartments are reserved for households earning at or below 70% AMI, and the remaining 12 are for households earning at or below 80% AMI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">For apartments designated for households earning up to 80% of the area median income, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stpete.org\/residents\/housing\/income_limits.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the 2026 annual income limit<\/a> is $64,250 for a single person or $82,600 for a three-person household. Apartments reserved for lower income tiers have lower qualifying limits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Residents have access to a fitness center, library, business center with computers, game room, and 24-hour laundry rooms.
