The project is led by Hines and Urban Street Development and marks a major milestone within the ongoing transformation of the former FAT Village arts district into a mixed use neighborhood on 5.6 acres in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The building is part of Hines\u2019 T3 portfolio, which stands for Timber, Transit and Technology.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-36463\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/FAT-Village-EXT-Andrews-Ave-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1779\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: Binyan Studios.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTopping out T3 FAT Village is more than just a construction milestone,\u201d said Alan Kennedy, managing director at Hines. \u201cIt brings us closer to realizing our vision of Flagler Village as a dynamic hub where innovative businesses, creatives, and communities come together.
