<\/a>William Smith has sadly died after being struck by a Broward County Transit (TOPS) bus earlier this week in Fort Lauderdale.<\/p>\n\nAccording to the Broward Sheriff\u2019s Office, the bus was making a left turn from Northwest Fourth Street onto Northwest Eighth Avenue at about 11:20 a.m. on Nov. 3 when it hit William Smith, who was riding a scooter. Smith was rushed to Broward Health Medical Center, where he died three days later.<\/p>\n
