In its third season, The Key Biscayne Poetry Share, led by island resident Debbie Wanninkhof, is focusing on gratitude.<\/p>\n

\u201cGratitude is a daily attitude and every day we can choose to focus on all that has been given to us,\u201d Wanninkhof said.<\/p>\n

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on our many blessings. A time to express thanks for all that we have. There is so much to be thankful for as we live our days with family, friends and neighbors in our beautiful village.<\/p>\n

So, let\u2019s shout out our praise and appreciation \u201cin poem\u201d \u2013 an acrostic poem of THANKS!<\/p>\n

We would love for you to express your gratitude by writing an acrostic THANKS poem. You may even get published in the Islander News!<\/p>\n

T reasure time with family and friends<\/p>\n

H arvest hope, healing & happiness<\/p>\n

A pplaud the good in our world<\/p>\n

K indle kindness<\/p>\n

S ave and share memories<\/p>\n
