MARTIN COUNTY \u2013 Six men were recently arrested after allegedly engaging in sexually explicit communication with minors, transmitting child sexual abuse material, and arranging to meet minors for sexual activity, Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek announced on Nov. 13.<\/p>\n
The Martin County Sheriff\u2019s Office, working alongside special agents and analysts with the state Department of Law Enforcement; Stuart Police Department; Jupiter Police Department; Homeland Security Investigations; U.S. Department of State Diplomatic Security Service \u2013 Miami Field Office; Office of Statewide Prosecution; and the Office of the State Attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit, conducted a three-day multi-agency operation, known as \u201cOperation All Tricks, No Treats,\u201d targeting sexual predators who sought to exploit children online.<\/p>\n
Arrested were:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Isaias Chaman Coy, 40, Guatemala, on charges of use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child; travel to meet after using a computer to lure a child.<\/p>\n
\u2022 David Desormeaux, 39, of Canada, on charges of use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child; travel to meet after using a computer to lure a child; use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Miguel Angel, 34, of Stuart, on charges of use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child; travel to meet after using a computer to lure a child; use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony. He also was in possession of a firearm, Budensiek noted.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Antonio Frederico Perez Rojas, 22, Guatemala, on charges of use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child; travel to meet after using a computer to lure a child; use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mohamed Kamal Mesregah, 38, Egypt, on charges of use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child; travel to meet after using a computer to lure a child; use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Jeremiah Jamal Gilyard, 34 Madison, Florida, on charges of use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child; travel to meet after using a computer to lure a child; use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.<\/p>\n
Coy, Rojas and Mesregah also are illegal immigrants and the Sheriff\u2019s Office is working with Homeland Security on removal orders for those individuals. Budensiek noted.<\/p>\n
These cases are being prosecuted by Attorney General James Uthmeier\u2019s Office of Statewide Prosecution; State Attorney\u2019s Office for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit; and the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the Southern District.<\/p>\n
