A horrifying video from Fort Myers, Florida, shows a man slamming a small dog against a wall while it cries out in pain. He allegedly hit and even knelt on the terrified animal as it lay on the ground \u2014 all in broad daylight. The footage is deeply disturbing and reveals a shocking lack of empathy. Authorities confirmed the man admitted to the abuse, blaming the dog\u2019s behavior. But no excuse can justify this kind of violence.<\/p>\n

Anyone capable of such cruelty should never be allowed to own animals again. Fort Myers officials must ensure this man faces a lifetime ban on animal ownership and receives mandatory mental health counseling to prevent future violence. Protecting animals means protecting our communities from dangerous individuals.<\/p>\n
