JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 This week on Justice 4 All, we\u2019re getting answers for all Floridians who have questions about the new open carry law.<\/p>\n

Last month, a Florida appeals court declared unconstitutional a state law banning the open carrying of firearms<\/a>, calling the law incompatible with the Second Amendment right to bear arms.<\/p>\n

Just last week, Publix announced that its customers will be allowed to open carry a gun<\/a> in all their 900 stores in Florida.<\/p>\n

Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office Lt. Nick Damone joined The Morning Show on Wednesday for our weekly edition of \u201cJustice 4 All\u201d to answer our viewers\u2019 questions about the new law.<\/p>\n
