Okeechobee Rd., opened in late September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThis food establishment is <a href=\"https:\/\/foodpermit.fdacs.gov\/Visit\/Default.aspx?id=99997182309562\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:operating without a valid food permit;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">operating without a valid food permit<\/a> and has not met all permitting requirements by providing approved documentation for water supply and sewage disposal,\u201d according to Friday\u2019s inspection by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services inspector Francis Odio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The actual violation reads, \u201cWater is not received from the source through use of an approved public water main, or one or more of the following that are constructed, maintained, and operated according to law: a nonpublic water main, water pumps, pipes, hoses, connection, and other appurtenances, water transport vehicles, or water containers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Associated violations were \u201cfood establishment did not provide proof of acceptable sewage disposal\u201d and \u201cEstablishment did not provide documentation demonstrating the water supply for its facility comes from an approved source.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">In Florida, the Ag Department \u201ci<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdacs.gov\/Business-Services\/Food\/Food-Establishments\/Retail-Food-Establishment-Permit\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:ssues retail food permits;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">ssues retail food permits<\/a> to food establishments selling directly to customers,\u201d per the agency website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">State records say the aforementioned Navarro is owned and operated by CVS.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"Navarro Pharmacy, 845 E.
