Indigo, the final of four residential buildings within the master-planned waterfront community, has received its certificate of occupancy, marking the full completion of its 88 residences. Residences range from three to five bedrooms and feature private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct water views. The building emphasizes indoor-outdoor living through expansive wraparound terraces with panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Atlantic Ocean, and Fort Lauderdale skyline. These were the first residential offerings to be completed within the Pier Sixty-Six master plan.
