One of Florida\u2019s most prominent law firms is adding to its management roster.<\/p>\n

Orlando-based GrayRobinson<\/a> has added four new members to its leadership team who will manage offices in Tallahassee and in Southwest Florida. The new lawyer managers include George T. Levesque<\/a>, Richard J. \u201cRick Swift Jr.<\/a>, Shaun M. Garry<\/a> and David A. Ruben<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Levesque is now the Tallahassee Managing Shareholder for GrayRobinson and has decades of experience as a lawyer and policy adviser in civil and administrative matters. He\u2019s well acquainted with the state capital after serving as a general counsel for both the Florida House and Senate. He\u2019s argued multiple cases before federal and state courts, as well as before administrative tribunals and in other legal settings.<\/p>\n

Swift takes over as Managing Shareholder in the Fort Myers office for GrayRobinson. He has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer representing financial institutions, developers and other investors in the real estate field in Florida. He\u2019s also handled large acquisitions, loans and property investment portfolios in Southwest Florida and has also handled litigation for small businesses as well and general corporate issues.<\/p>\n

Garry will handle the Managing Shareholder position in the Naples office. Garry\u2019s time as a lawyer has focused on residential and commercial real estate, insurance, estate planning and administration. He\u2019s also a member of the Attorneys\u2019 Title Insurance Fund Inc. with clients such as Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., First American and Chicago Title Insurance Co., among others.<\/p>\n

Overseeing both the Fort Myers and Naples offices for GrayRobinson, Ruben will serve as Deputy Managing Shareholder for both locales. He\u2019s practiced as an estate planning lawyer along with a background in trust administration, tax planning and domicile planning in Florida. He\u2019s also authored legal passages in various estate planning publications.<\/p>\n
