The Orlando area\u2019s biggest and most luxurious vacation home is off the rental market after a Miami investor paid $14.245 million to make it their private escape.<\/p>\n

Now the 23,000-square-foot Isol\u00e9 Villa on Reunion\u2019s Grand Traverse Parkway, which previously rented for around $4,000 per night, is Osceola County\u2019s most expensive home, according to a report in GrowthSpotter.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the highest on record in Reunion Resort<\/a> itself and it\u2019s the highest in our Stellar MLS and our local MLS through the Central Florida area in the last six months,\u201d said Cynde Velez with Aperture Lifestyle Real Estate.<\/a> \u201cIt broke a lot of records.\u201d<\/p>\n

The home that lives like a small resort was initially listed in March for $17 million. It was off the market for a few months this summer and went back on Oct.1 with a listing price of $15.5 million after a market adjustment. The deal closed 30 days later.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re super excited to have gotten this property marketed and sold and have a happy seller,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s awesome to break records, but it\u2019s even a better feeling when you\u2019ve got a property such as this, [in] which there\u2019s a limited buyer pool for these properties.\u201d<\/p>\n

In 2022, the home sold for $11.7 million.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThere weren\u2019t any additional improvements. There was no remodel or anything of that nature, just the appreciation factor, I guess, and the attractiveness of the property to the buyer,\u201d Velez said, acknowledging the $2.5 million is a pretty good return on the seller\u2019s investment.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a pretty good realtor,\u201d she said with a laugh.<\/p>\n

The home has been a popular rental since it was built in 2017<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a single-family property, but it lives like a boutique hotel. You can entertain 45 of your closest friends there, and nobody has to really run into each other than the time they want to spend together because they all have their separate areas,\u201d Velez told GrowthSpotter.<\/p>\n

Isol\u00e9 Villa has 15 bedrooms \u2014 including two presidential suites and two ambassador suites \u2014 and over 20 bathrooms.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere were some industries that would use it annually for their corporate retreat,\u201d she said. \u201cIn addition to a fully equipped conference room with all of the technology and audio visual equipment, it\u2019s got an indoor theater room as well as a half-court basketball [court,] and a game room area on the lower level.\u201d<\/p>\n

There\u2019s also a full spa area, which has been an especially popular feature on the rental market, especially for weddings.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf they have a large wedding party and a lot of people coming into town, the home would often be rented for the bridal party to come in there,\u201d Velez said, adding everything like hair, makeup, and nails could be done on site.<\/p>\n

The buyer is Orlando Knight Life LLC, which is managed by Miami lawyer Chris Cook.\u00a0 Velez said she had little interaction with them during the process because she represented the seller.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing that was attractive to the buyer was the ability for the buyer to bring their helicopter in and do a touch-and-go landing, which Reunion Resort allows.\u201d<\/p>\n

The buyer bought the house furnished, and it\u2019s ready to enjoy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Reunion Resort is a beautiful kind of all-inclusive type of place where they provide concierge services also. You could contact Reunion Resort directly and say, \u2018hey, I\u2019m coming into my property and I would like for you to have 15 pounds of Kobe beef, wagyu beef, and make sure that it my refrigerator is fully stocked,\u2019 and they\u2019ll do that for you,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The resort also features three golf courses, a hotel, restaurants, and other community amenities, such as a large water park.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou could go and never need to leave and be able to spend an entire wonderful vacation in the Florida sunshine and have everything basically at your fingertips.\u201d<\/p>\n

That includes the multi-level pool area back at the house.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf it was me and I was staying at that property, my favorite thing would have to be that pool in the outdoor area,\u201d Velez said. \u201cI really think I probably could enjoy a nice margarita sitting by that pool just about any day.\u201d<\/p>\n
