\u201cShe didn\u2019t deserve what she got at all,\u201d Cheyenne\u2019s friend Courtney Knight said. \u201cNo one does.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kastens was getting into her car after being inside the store when deputies said Lemar Beasley attacked her. It was an attack, the family said was completely random.<\/p>\n
\u201cHow could somebody be really so sick and twisted to do that?\u201d Harper said.<\/p>\n
Beasley was arrested after a 24-hour manhunt.<\/p>\n
Deputies said he has an extensive criminal history dating back to the 90\u2019s.<\/p>\n
He was released from prison in July after serving time for failing to register as a sex offender.<\/p>\n
Now Beasley is charged with first-degree premeditated murder.<\/p>\n
