(WCTV) &#8211; A 13-year-old Nims Middle School student was found with an 8-inch steak knife on Thursday, according to a press release from the Leon County Sheriff\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The knife was discovered after a School Resource Deputy was notified that a 13-year-old 6th grader had a knife on school grounds and was showing it to other students, per LCSO. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-center article-text\">More Tallahassee news:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">An administrative search was conducted after a school administrator identified the student who admitted to having the knife in their backpack, per LCSO.
