What motivated the Toledanos to create their company was their desire to build a business for their next generation \u2014 eight children altogether. Three have already joined.<\/p>\n
Isaac Toledano started his career as a mortgage broker in 1999 and began investing in real estate in 2001.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a safe place with a business-friendly environment.\u201d\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
BH Group is unique in that it offers creativity and is a small, family-owned business. Toledano also has a great reputation in the industry for making quick and efficient decisions and for closing quickly. In 2025 alone, the company closed on more than $300 million of transactions and plans to close on another $50 million before the year\u2019s end, he notes.<\/p>\n
One of BH Group\u2019s most successful joint ventures is with Miami\u2019s Related Group, a leading developer.<\/p>\n
