The LSU Tigers are reportedly ready to make an offer north of $90 million to Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin, including a sizeable budget for NIL deals and incentives, depending on how the team performs. <\/p>\n

Many people around the sport expected the Tigers to avoid another costly hire that would be pricey to move on from, but new accounts indicate that they are putting their chips in Kiffin’s basket. <\/p>\n

Yahoo Sports college football reporter\u00a0Ross Dellenger reported<\/a> that LSU has put its offer on the table for Kiffin in another step in its pursuit of his signature. <\/p>\n

Kiffin is not only being courted by LSU. The Florida<\/a> Gators, and Ole Miss \u2014 his current team \u2014 are also in the race to land the coach in 2026 and beyond.<\/p>\n

According to reporting from On3\u2019s Chris Low, Brett McMurphy, and Pete Nakos<\/a>, all three schools are offering a $13 million annual salary and $25 million in NIL investment to help recruit talent. <\/p>\n

“Florida,\u00a0LSU\u00a0and\u00a0Ole Miss\u00a0are all expected to offer salary packages that would pay\u00a0Lane Kiffin\u00a0at least $13 million per year and approach the $14 million mark,” the On3 story read. <\/a><\/p>\n

“Florida, LSU and Ole Miss are all prepared to offer at least $25 million in\u00a0NIL\u00a0roster investment for Kiffin. How much each program can offer in roster funds has become a critical factor for Kiffin, who has built his current program at Ole Miss on an aggressive budget and transfer portal acquisition.”<\/p>\n

Kiffin is the talk of the town at the moment, especially with Ole Miss resting during the bye week before their game against Mississippi State. <\/p>\n
