On Sunday, Richardson played for 21 minutes in the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/basketball\/nba\/teams\/orlando-magic\/19\/\" data-autotag=\"0beff9dc-ada3-4e62-b859-030ef8c2c69f\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Orlando Magic<\/a>&#8216;s game against the Boston Celtics, and he was able to score 18 points to go along with five rebounds and two assists on the night.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">In a game the Magic lost by nine points, Richardson had a plus-minus of plus-eight on the night, the second-highest plus-minus on the team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">This was easily the biggest role Richardson has been able to play in a real NBA game since <a href=\"http:\/\/spartanswire.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/college\/spartans\/mens-basketball\/2025\/06\/26\/the-moment-jase-richardson-was-selected-in-the-nba-draft\/84367823007\/\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">he was drafted by the Magic<\/a>, and his performance definitely has put the league on notice. A<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ranggakun_\/status\/1992770052874273158?s=20\" data-t-l=\":b|z|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\" rel=\"nofollow\"> quick scan on social media<\/a> tells me that Magic fans are already calling for him to be a permanent part of the rotation.
