Janet and Carl Nolet\u201411th-generation heirs to the Dutch distilling dynasty behind Ketel One vodka\u2014are shaking things up with the sale of their custom-crafted sky villa at the ultra-luxe Turnberry Ocean Club. The two-story penthouse, now listed for $29.75 million<\/a>, was originally priced at $32 million\u2014a smooth $2 million off the top.<\/p>\n More from Robb Report<\/p>\n The Nolet family has been perfecting the art of spirits since 1691, when the first copper still fired up in Schiedam, Holland. Today, Carl carries on that legacy as executive vice president of Nolet Spirits USA, while his family continues to craft some of the world\u2019s finest vodkas and gins.
