Record Store Day<\/a> has become so popular that the annual April holiday for audiophile shopaholics has decided to expand into the biggest shopping day of the year with Record Store <\/a>Black Friday. Black Friday, of course, is the day after Thanksgiving<\/a> which falls this year on November 28, when early planners look to get their holiday shopping started.<\/p>\n Just like the big day in April, Record Store Black Friday features all kind of limited edition vinyl<\/a>, only available on that day. This year\u2019s batch include reissues of everything from the Rolling Stones\u00a0Their Satanic Majesties Request\u00a0to a Billie Eilish live EP to\u00a0The Big Top Pee-Wee Original Soundtrack Album\u00a0by Danny Elfman. To make the day even more special local record stores have all kinds of activities to celebrate. Here\u2019s what you can expect.<\/p>\n Fruit Fly Records<\/p>\n 430 S. Dixie Hwy., Ste. 205, Coral Gables The Gables spot will celebrate their second birthday with \u201cBlack Flyday\u201d. They advertise discounts on all vinyl and hifi. There will be live DJ sets, coffee, and chocolate, and over ten thousand albums available for a single dollar for the dollar Santas among us.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe\u2019re thankful for you. Anyone in line before 9 a.m, can call dibs on one Record Store Day exclusive, which will be reserved for them when the doors open. In the interest of fairness only one copy per person per title. Sweat recommends you call the store \u00a0in advance to see if they received specific titles you\u2019re looking for. If this sounds a little too intense, you can relax while you\u2019re there with DJ sets by\u00a0Pressurepoint<\/a>,\u00a0Lotusoph<\/a>,\u00a0Zac<\/a>,\u00a0Julio The Technician<\/a>, and\u00a0Mackboogaloo<\/a>!. There will also be coffee, treats, and give aways.<\/p>\n Technique Records<\/p>\n 880 NE 79th St., Miami Technique Records will be selling exclusive RSD releases, fresh drops, along with featuring $1 and $5 record bins from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with food and drinks provided by Turntable Bagel and Ripe Coffee. There will be a full bar and entertainment both inside and outside with DJ\u2019s including Cuci, Kumi, Tony Flow, and Jellybean Benitez. For those who don\u2019t want to wait in line customers will be able to sign up for appointments by subscribing to their newsletter.
