The suspects took off and later crashed after a pursuit near Lee Road and Wymore Road, investigators said.<\/p>\n
According to an arrest affidavit, the shooting was over a disputed firearms sale. Romero told officers he fired by mistake and took off, the affidavit said.<\/p>\n
Romero faces charges of attempted felony murder, conspiracy, gun charges and witness tampering.<\/p>\n
He is being held on no bond.<\/p>\n
