{"id":64012,"date":"2025-11-29T00:28:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-29T00:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/64012\/"},"modified":"2025-11-29T00:28:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-29T00:28:10","slug":"mother-jailed-for-threatening-broward-elementary-principal-cops-say","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/64012\/","title":{"rendered":"Mother jailed for threatening Broward elementary principal, cops say"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text text--small text--normal text--primary\">Published:\u00a0November 25, 2025 at 3:04 PM<\/p>\n<p class=\"text text--small text--normal text--primary\">Updated:\u00a0November 25, 2025 at 4:56 PM<\/p>\n<p>lead-art-block.fullscreen-enterExpand<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"eager\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/R4QRPBVS2RDL3LC5YAAXFP57XE.jpg\"  width=\"1117\" height=\"628\"\/>Iesha Bell (BSO\/Copyright 2025 Google) <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">POMPANO BEACH, Fla. \u2014 A parent at a Broward County elementary school was arrested on a felony charge for issuing a profane threat to the principal in front of her two children, according to court documents obtained by Local 10 News on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/espanol\/2025\/11\/25\/te-voy-a-joder-madre-encarcelada-por-amenazar-a-directora-de-primaria-en-broward-segun-policia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/espanol\/2025\/11\/25\/te-voy-a-joder-madre-encarcelada-por-amenazar-a-directora-de-primaria-en-broward-segun-policia\/\">Leer en espa\u00f1ol<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">According to the Broward Sheriff\u2019s Office, the incident happened on Friday at Charles Drew Elementary School, located at 1000 NW 31st Ave. in Pompano Beach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">A BSO arrest report states that Iesha Nicole Bell, 34, approached the school\u2019s principal in a \u201chostile and aggressive manner\u201d and was seen \u201cflailing her arms, making a fist and yelling profanity at\u201d her, all in front of her children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019m going to f&#8212; you up and everyone up,\u201d Bell is accused of saying to the principal, who told deputies that the woman \u201cinvaded her personal space.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Deputies said Bell had \u201calso made threats earlier in the day to come up to the school and fight\u201d the principal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The report doesn\u2019t state what Bell was allegedly upset about.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">According to the arrest report, Bell resisted deputies\u2019 efforts to arrest her on charges of assault on a school employee, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Bell was also on probation <a href=\"https:\/\/pubapps.fdc.myflorida.com\/offenderSearch\/detail.aspx?Page=Detail&amp;DCNumber=E62149&amp;TypeSearch=AO\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/pubapps.fdc.myflorida.com\/offenderSearch\/detail.aspx?Page=Detail&amp;DCNumber=E62149&amp;TypeSearch=AO\">until 2040<\/a> after a conviction for accessory after the fact, stemming from a July 2019 shooting in Lauderhill where police said her boyfriend shot another man.
