PORT ST. LUCIE \u2212 A motorcycle rider was hospitalized with \u201csevere injuries\u201d following an Oct. 15 crash in the area of Northwest St. James Drive and Northwest North Macedo Boulevard, Port St. Lucie Police stated.<\/p>\n
Police went to the scene about 4:25 p.m. Oct. 15 for a crash involving a motorcycle and a Toyota Corolla, said Officer Brittany Holly, police spokesperson.<\/p>\n
A preliminary investigation found the Toyota was eastbound on Northwest North Macedo Boulevard trying to turn north onto Northwest St. James Drive, Holly stated.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the motorcycle traveled south on Northwest St. James Drive in the inside lane.<\/p>\n
