Construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with completion projected for 2028. Plans call for three seven-story buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Stretching across 11 acres in Kissimmee &#8212; about five miles from the Disney World Resort &#8212; the Ambar Residences Orlando | Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy will have 322 fully furnished residences (studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes). All residences will include full kitchens, in-unit laundry and living rooms with pull-out sofas.<\/p>\n<p>The property will also offer a pool with cabanas, a 2,000-square-foot fitness center, a restaurant, an indoor-outdoor bar and a cafe marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>The property will be managed by Coury Hospitality, which will oversee daily operations and provide services like weekly housekeeping.<\/p>\n<p>Marriott International will handle Ambar Residences&#8217; reservations.
