‘Home Improvement’ star faces sixth arrest in 5 years, fianc\u00e9e also arrested<\/a><\/p>\nAccording to the Lane County Sheriff\u2019s Office (LCSO), on November 29, at about 12:30 p.m., deputies responded to a reckless endangering report around Big Fall Creek Road, northeast of Lowell.<\/p>\n
Officials say that Bryan, 44, was in a truck with Johnnie Faye Cartwright, 32, and their three children.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt some point Bryan got out of the pickup truck and began walking on Big Fall Creek Road,\u201d LCSO said in a press release. \u201cCartwright then attempted to run over Bryan, crashing the truck with the children inside, into the ditch.\u201d<\/p>\n
Bryan was able to get out of the way, officials said. No one was injured. Following interviews with both adults, deputies say both were impared. Bryan was not supposed to be in contact with Cartwright after a previous court order.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter additional investigation, Cartwright was arrested for Attempted Assault in the 1st Degree, three counts of Recklessly Endangering, and DUII,\u201d LCSO said. \u201cBryan was arrested for a probation violation on an original charge of Assault in the 4th Degree.\u201d<\/p>\n
