Dr. Krop hadn’t beaten North Miami Beach on the road since February 6, 2019 but that history sure didn’t bother them on Tuesday. The Lightning simply couldn’t be stopped as they easily beat the Chargers 89-52. The Lightning pushed the score to 70-40 by the end of the third, a deficit the Chargers had little chance of recovering from.<\/p>\n

Dr. Krop’s victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Anigh Gracia<\/a>, who went 10-for-12 en route to 22 points in addition to eight boards and six steals. That’s the most rebounds Gracia has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Chayton Owens<\/a>, who shot 52% from the field on his way to 25 points.<\/p>\n

Dr. Krop smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they’ve now pulled down at least nine offensive boards every time they’ve taken the court this season.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Hialeah took a blow against American on Tuesday, falling 69-31. The Thoroughbreds haven’t had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they’ve met.<\/p>\n

Hialeah now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Dr. Krop, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.<\/p>\n

Dr. Krop couldn’t quite finish off Hialeah in their previous matchup back in January of 2019 and fell 75-73. Can the Lightning avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We’ll find out soon enough.<\/p>\n
