NBA star Kyle Kuzma is in contract to buy a luxe home at The Residences at Shell Bay, a new Florida condo tower,\u00a0Gimme Shelter has learned.<\/p>\n
The private Hallandale Beach community is also the perfect spot to \u201chide-out\u201d during Miami Art Week, a spy noted \u2014 adding that retired quarterback Tom Brady, and tennis stars\u00a0Jessica Pagula and Tommy Paul, have all been spotted at Shell Bay\u2019s exclusive club.<\/p>\n

Architect Kobi Karp designed the 20-story tower and AvroKo outfitted the interiors. Shell Bay is part of Auberge Resorts Collection. The community will also include a hotel, and Auberge will also service the residences.<\/p>\n
Closings are slated for 2027, when residents like Kuzma will be able to move in.<\/p>\n
