JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 UPDATE: Jacksonville police released more details about the stabbing death of a man Tuesday night in the Lakeshore community.<\/p>\n
The man who died is Jervas Williams. Police said he was stabbed multiple times by his son, Syr Williams, 17. The teen is in custody, police said. He was arrested early Wednesday, police said.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred at about 7 p.m. in the 4600 block of Wheeler Avenue. Jacksonville police were called to the area for a report of a person stabbed, a news release states.<\/p>\n Officers arrived and found a man in his mid 30s suffering from multiple stab wounds, the news release states.
