Brightline Holdings LLC hired Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to <a href=\"https:\/\/res.cloudinary.com\/jll-global-cmg\/image\/upload\/v1753726863\/Prod\/DealX\/Doc\/b78b4625-a239-4ecc-b952-1c2f1b7b6df9\/Brightline_Sale_Leaseback_Teaser.pdf\" title=\"link to Jll website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs-\" data-component=\"link\">market<\/a> the facility, which Brightline Florida plans to lease back for $1.5 million annually.
