ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. \u2013 It now costs more to park at Beaches Town Center in Atlantic and Neptune Beach.<\/p>\n
According to the City of Atlantic Beach, paid parking has increased from $2 to $5 per hour. The first 30 minutes are still free for drivers. <\/p>\n
But that\u2019s not the only change when it comes to parking in this area.<\/p>\n
Drivers will no longer use the Flowbird app; instead, people will need to pay at a kiosk or using a QR Code.<\/p>\n
Residents of Atlantic and Neptune beaches can still park for free, but now have four hours of free parking, compared to the previous three-hour limit.<\/p>\n
Those who have already registered their car or cars with the city do not need to do anything.<\/p>\n
Registered Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach residents\u2019 registration remains valid through December 2026. Then, residents must re-register every three years to maintain eligibility. No more than five vehicles are allowed per household.<\/p>\n
Paid parking is enforced 11 a.m. to midnight seven days a week year-round in Atlantic Beach.<\/p>\n

The cost remains the same as it has been.<\/p>\n
