Whether you need a latte or pressed juice for the walk between stores or want to sit down for a full meal, Casa Tua has something for every kind of shopper thanks to its ten different stations. Located on the ground floor of Saks Fifth Avenue, it offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. Watch fresh pasta being made, try a seasonal special, sip an organic smoothie from the “Frutta Verdura” bar, or enjoy a sea-to-table experience at the sushi counter. If you’re in the mood for panini, the fresh bread is baked in-house daily.

Casa Tua also accommodates dietary restrictions, offering gluten-free and dairy-free pizza options. Additionally, the panini counter features the Vegano Panino. The bar serves both strong and dessert-forward cocktails, and the pastry counter is always worth a look. Their Mercato & Fiori section also stocks beautifully curated items to gift or bring home, including Pugliese olive oil, pistachio spreads, and holiday Panettones.

While you can’t really go wrong with anything at Casa Tua Cucina, here are some personal favorites: “Spinaci e Ricotta” pizza with ricotta, tomato Sauce, mozzarella, and spinach; Casa Tua’s pere and arugola salad with baby arugula, pear, fennel, shaved parmesan cheese, and extra virgin olive oil; “Tartufo Nero” made with egg tagliolini, truffle sauce and shaved black truffle. When it’s good, it’s great, but sometimes the truffle doesn’t taste as great as others. 70 SW Seventh St., Miami; 305-755-0320; casatualife.com.

Motek is one of the best restaurants at Brickell City Centre

Motek

For those who aren’t fans of malls, Motek makes the trip more than worth it. Not only is the space beautifully designed, but the service is consistently warm, and the menu is always a delight. The moment you walk in, you feel transported from the chaos of Downtown Brickell to the Aegean Coast. Even the bathrooms feel like a mini-vacation, so take a moment to hydrate and use the restroom here.

The cocktails and wine list offer a refreshing break from holiday errands. For tequila lovers, the Motek Margarita is a must-try; the coconut salt rim is the perfect finishing touch. When it comes to food, this is another menu where you can trust that anything you order will be good. If you’re stuck deciding, start with the Spicy Greek Feta mezze (it’s not truly spicy, even for sensitive palates). The Crunchy Cabbage Salad is a top-tier pick, even for picky salad eaters. And the Middle Eastern Dumplings are a must-order. Happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 2 to 5 p.m., making it an ideal mid-shopping break. 701 S Miami Ave., Ste. 412A, Miami; 786-744-5590; motek.com.

Can’t go wrong at Quinto

Quinto

If you’re looking for something a little more elevated, Quinto offers one of the most sophisticated dining experiences at Brickell City Centre. Located on the fifth floor of EAST Miami, the restaurant blends Latin American parrilla traditions with a distinctly Miami feel. The menu centers around an open-fire grill, bringing smoky, vibrant flavors to its meats and seafood.

Take advantage of the cooler weather and request a table on the lush outdoor terrace, which features one of the best rooftop views in Brickell. To start, the hamachi crudo is bright and flavorful, the grilled octopus is consistently a favorite, and the provolone al horno is a must for cheese lovers. For entrées, Quinto offers several cuts of beef, including ribeye and skirt steak, as well as a beautifully cooked rack of lamb. If you’re dining with kids, the restaurant also offers a children’s menu featuring reliable classics, such as margherita pizza and chicken tenders. 788 Brickell Plz., at EAST Miami; 786-805-4646; quintomiami.us.

Tacology is one of my favorite spots to hit up while shopping in Brickell

Tacology

Perfect for a casual meal when you’re not too hungry — or a great place to feast on a lineup of Mexican favorites — Tacology is vibrant, lively, and always a fun experience. While the service can be hit or miss, the atmosphere more than makes up for it. Located on the fourth floor near the movie theater, it’s an ideal spot to unwind, meet friends, bring kids, or sip a margarita solo before diving back into holiday shopping.

As the name suggests, the menu features an extensive selection of tacos. The shrimp and al pastor are standout options, while the lobster taco offers a more decadent twist. You’ll also find a guacamole tasting flight with three varieties, along with fajitas, chilaquiles, ceviches, and other Mexican staples. The cocktails here are a must, and the market-style bar setup enhances the space’s energy. 701 S. The extensive menu offers something for everyone, and the food consistently impresses. The Scottish salmon is one of the best salmon dishes I’ve had in quite some time, but the burger is also a strong choice, and the Harvest Bowl is wholesome and satisfying.

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance: music plays at a comfortable level, tables are spaced generously (ideal for storing shopping bags), and service is warm and efficient. Whether you’re popping in for breakfast, brunch, lunch, a snack, or dinner, the Henry is an excellent place to take a break during a day at BCC. It’s also a convenient spot for in-person meetings if you need to squeeze one in while running errands in Brickell. The kitchen is flexible with substitutions and dietary adjustments, which makes dining here even easier. Happy hour is available Monday through Friday, 3 to 7 p.m. 701 S.
