At age 12, Andrea Kohler knew she enjoyed styling hair and she was part of the first graduating class from high school with a dual enrollment degree from Wilson Tech in Long Island New York.<\/p>\n
Then, in 1967 her mother moved her family to Fort Pierce. Kohler followed and continued her career here, opening Andrea\u2019s Place in 1985.<\/p>\n
Kohler became known as the \u201cit\u201d girl who knew how to do the \u201cSassoon haircut.\u201d<\/p>\n
To this day, Andrea\u2019s Place stylists keep up with the trends, while maintaining a classic aesthetic.<\/p>\n
After 23 successful years, Andrea moved her salon to 800 Virginia Avenue, where it continues to thrive today.<\/p>\n
In 2012, Kohler\u2019s granddaughter Brittany McClellan stepped in to carry forward the family legacy with fresh creativity and passion, while maintaining an old school hospitality.<\/p>\n
