ORLANDO, Fla. \u2013 Voters in Orlando\u2019s third district will decide on Tuesday who their next city commissioner will be.<\/p>\n
No candidate received more than 50% of the vote <\/a>in the November election, which means the two top vote-getters, Roger Chapin<\/a> and Mira Tanna<\/a>, are facing off Tuesday in a runoff election.<\/p>\n Chapin got 34.01% of the vote in the five-way race, while Tanna got 33.83%.<\/p>\n District 3 includes the neighborhoods of Audubon Park, Baldwin Park, College Park, and Rosemont. The district has 33,089 registered voters but so far, about 3,700 have voted via mail or early voting.<\/p>\n [WATCH: News 6 speaks with candidates in Orlando District 3 runoff]<\/p>\n How to vote Tuesday<\/p>\n Polling precincts in the district open Tuesday at 7 a.m. and go to 7 p.m. To find out if you can vote in the district, and where your precinct is located, go to the Orange County Supervisor of Elections website.<\/p>\n Remember, if you still have a vote-by-mail ballot, that has to be returned to the elections office by 7 p.m. Tuesday. You can take it directly to the elections office on Kaley Street, or you can surrender it to your assigned precinct to vote in person instead. However, at this point, if you haven\u2019t mailed your ballot out, it won\u2019t make it to the office in time to count.<\/p>\n Meet the Candidates<\/p>\n News 6\u2019s Orlando Community Correspondent Lisa Bell sat down with both candidates to find out what they think the biggest issues are in Orlando, how they feel about Gov.
