Port St. Lucie\u2019s real estate momentum is on full display at Wylder<\/a>, just off I-95 at Midway Road. New Single-Family Models Unveiled<\/p>\n

The season kicks off with Dream Finders Homes unveiling four single-family models at Brystol North<\/a> on November 6, with special grand-opening incentives leading up to the event. Brystol North joins the already thriving Brystol South<\/a>, expanding the combined neighborhoods to 27 floorplans priced from the $350,000s to $500,000-plus.<\/p>\n

Attendees will be able to explore the amenities already enlivening the community. Brystol South features a lakeside amenity center with a beach-entry pool, pickleball courts, a dog park, and plenty of green spaces for families to play their way. Brystol North residents will soon enjoy their own lakeside clubhouse, fitness center, food truck court and social spaces, along with access to the outdoor amenities next door.<\/p>\n

Early November also brings the debut of Glynlea Country Club<\/a>, Wylder\u2019s gated golf neighborhood. Five new model homes by Perry Homes and Lennar will offer a first look at a collection of more than 30 single-family floorplans priced from the $400s to over $1 million.<\/p>\n

The opening unveils the first-ever Jim Furyk Signature Course<\/a>.
