The lease allows Vision Marine to continue operations at the property through its Nautical Ventures division, which manages boat sales and storage.<\/p>\n<p>The lease includes a contractual purchase option, allowing the company to acquire the property in the future, and a Right of First Refusal, which gives the company the first opportunity to match any third-party offer.<\/p>\n<p>Vision Marine plans to expand the marina from its current 109 slips to a combined wet-and-dry-slip capacity of around 300 vessels. The company also plans to offer E-Motion\u2122 electric-boat products at the location, which accounts for about three to five percent of Nautical Ventures\u2019 annual sales. A showroom on the water is also included in the development plans.<\/p>\n<p>Alexandre Mongeon, co-founder and CEO of Vision Marine stated: \u201cSecuring a multi-year lease and purchase option for the marina is a pivotal step toward building a truly vertically integrated marine dealership business with expanded services.
