{"id":78092,"date":"2025-12-10T06:49:05","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T06:49:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/78092\/"},"modified":"2025-12-10T06:49:05","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T06:49:05","slug":"82-year-old-driver-crashes-through-front-window-of-jensen-beach-store-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/78092\/","title":{"rendered":"82-year-old driver crashes through front window of Jensen Beach store"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | article-text\">An 82-year-old driver crashed a vehicle through the front window of Do Over D\u00e9cor in Jensen Beach, causing significant damage to the store but resulting in no injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">WATCH BELOW: Driver, 82, crashes into Jensen Beach store<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Martin County Sheriff&#8217;s Office is investigating the incident and said the driver will be cited in connection with the crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The store sustained significant damage from the vehicle crashing through its front window, but fortunately, no one inside the business or the driver was injured.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Denise Aragona, the owner of the store, told WPTV that it will cost $30,000 to $40,000 to fix the damage. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Aragona said she and her staff are happy that no one was hurt, but the store uses more than 20 vendors, who all have their own sections of the store.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">&#8220;We hope that everybody still comes back in and sees us, and we&#8217;ll have it all cleaned up as best we can and wait for the repairs to be done,&#8221; Aragona said. &#8220;We&#8217;ll be up and running. I&#8217;m planning on I&#8217;ll be here all night until I get this up and running for (Monday). That&#8217;s my goal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 Scripps Media, Inc.
