MIAMI \u2014 A woman facing an attempted murder charge after Miami police said she stabbed another woman outside of a 7-Eleven in August and repeatedly boasted about it \u2015 including proclaiming \u201ccall me Chucky\u201d<\/a> on a live stream \u2015 is now additionally suspected in a credit card fraud case.<\/p>\n

Court records show Shakia Travon Jenkins, 30, living in Houston at the time of her August arrest, was on house arrest in Miami Gardens for the attempted murder case when Miami-Dade deputies arrested her again on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Authorities say Jenkins\u2019 new charges stem from a break-in and shopping spree that took place in 2024, before the alleged stabbing.<\/p>\n

An arrest report states that on June 25, 2024, the victim had parked at a YouFit gym at 7070 Coral Way in the unincorporated Coral Terrace area, and noticed her car had been burglarized and all her credit cards were stolen.<\/p>\n

Deputies said the same day, the woman noticed her cards had been used at various stores to the tune of more than $4,300. <\/p>\n

Investigators said Jenkins went to Miami\u2019s Design District and went on a luxury haul, using the woman\u2019s cards at Louis Vuitton, Emilio Pucci and Flight Club.<\/p>\n

According to an arrest report, CCTV footage from Emilio Pucci helped tie Jenkins to the fraudulent transactions. Deputies said they were able to identify her through facial recognition software.<\/p>\n

Investigators said they looked at her Facebook page and saw that two days after the thefts, she posted a picture of a bathing suit she bought with the stolen cards. Deputies said she also posted a photo of an Emilio Pucci purse she was seen buying.<\/p>\n

Following her latest arrest on Tuesday, Jenkins refused to speak to deputies, according to the report.<\/p>\n

She was now back in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Wednesday morning, facing three counts of credit card fraud; a judge gave her a $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n

As for her attempted murder case, Miami-Dade court records show Jenkins is scheduled for a hearing on Feb. 19. Filings show prosecutors intend to seek enhanced penalties for Jenkins as a \u201chabitual felony offender.\u201d<\/p>\n
