Approximately 250 attendees explored the 14-acre Faena Miami River District, enjoying live music and cabaret performances, cocktails, an omakase-style buffet and a fireworks display.<\/p>\n<p>Alan Faena spoke to attendees about the 68-floor, 434-unit luxury project, which is set to wrap up construction in 2029. <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2024\/11\/11\/developer-of-the-year-fortune-international-group-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Fortune International Group<\/a> and KAR Properties are developing the project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Faena Residences Miami held an exclusive season-opening event on Nov. 15 at the project\u2019s sales gallery.
