(WCJB) -A non-profit organization opposed to the state-wide black bear hunt set for December is filing a restraining order against the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">An attorney representing the group, \u201cBear Warriors United,\u201d announced in an email today that a temporary restraining order will be filed next week. The group aims to stop the bear hunt, arguing that it is unconstitutional.
