Designed by FSMY Architects + Planners and developed by OceanLand Investments, the project will yield 94 residences in one- to three-bedroom layouts, including townhome residences, and four penthouses. Stiles Construction is serving as the general contractor. Completion is expected in 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Recent aerial photography reveals the reinforced concrete superstructure to be fully formed, with CMU walls nearly complete across all levels. The building\u2019s undulating fa\u00e7ade is inspired by the river\u2019s bend, incorporating balconies and floor-to-ceiling glass that maximize light and views while creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Floor-to-ceiling glazing offers expansive views of the city and river.<\/p>\n<p>Sixth&amp;Rio will provide residents with a range of amenities, including a rooftop sky terrace with an infinity-edge pool, cabanas, dining areas, and lounges. Additional offerings include a fitness center, coworking suite and conference rooms, a resident clubroom with wine bar and pool table, and an owners\u2019 speakeasy-style lounge.
