But that’s just the start of its impact. The St. Lucie County location \u2014 planned for the southeast corner of I-95 and Indrio Road <\/a>\u2014 won’t just be a mega-convenience store. The sprawling 73,000-square-foot facility will feature<\/a> 733 parking spaces, 120 fuel pumps, 20 EV chargers, and 11 bus bays, all set on a 33-acre campus.<\/p>\n The anticipation is triggering a ripple effect in regional development<\/a>.
