<\/a>Dominic Boeing was charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving a death following an accident on Bay Pines Boulevard near Seahorse Drive in Pinellas County.<\/p>\n\nAccording to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man, whose name hasn’t been released, was riding a bike towing a small trailer at about 2:45 a.m. when he was struck by a Kia Optima on Bay Pines Boulevard near Seahorse Drive.<\/p>\n
\nThe bicyclist was transported to a local hospital, where he later passed away.<\/p>\n
\nThe driver of the Kia, Dominic Boeing, 22, of Seminole, fled the scene to his residence on 87th Place. He was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving a death.<\/p>\n
