Upon its anticipated completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, the venture will feature apartments and retail space.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, Urbania NoMi 6ave will measure 105 feet above grade and comprise 240 apartments: 90 one-bedroom homes and 150 two-bedroom homes. Residents would have access to a fourth-floor amenity deck with a swimming pool, fitness center, and co-working lounge. In addition to the residential space, Urbania NoMi 6ave will also have just over 21,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. In total, the project\u2019s estimated to cost $58.9 million to complete.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-37061\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2025-12-11-at-2.27.07-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"656\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture will host more than 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Image by Continua Developments<\/p>\n<p>SP Developments and Continua Developments are the developers. This is Continua Developments\u2019 second residential project in North Miami. It assembled the project\u2019s 1.3-acre build site for $6.92 million in 2022. Completing Urbania NoMi 6ave involves demolishing the church and educational buildings on the property.<\/p>\n<p>G3 Architecture is the architect. Coastland Construction is the general contractor. In July 2025, Coastland started construction on <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2025\/07\/construction-starts-on-beacon-at-princeton-hill-at-23815-s-dixie-hwy-homestead-fl.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Beacon at Princeton Hill<\/a>, a 112-unit apartment complex in Homestead.
