Sullivan, a spokesman for BCPS, said in the statement about McNabb and Hankerson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Delvin King, the principal of the Youth Under Construction Youth Center in Pompano Beach, reported the fraud after an illegal rental conflicted with a legitimate event. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">King said he clashed with McNabb, 42, over the double booking at the Blanche Ely High School\u2019s basketball gymnasium. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cI came in, and there was a whole basketball tournament going on,\u201d King said. \u201cThere was nothing on the calendar.
