PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 A wanted man attempted to provide law enforcement with a false name in an effort to evade arrest after he was spotted at a gas station on Tuesday. <\/p>\n
On Tuesday night, a detective from the Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) spotted the wanted suspect, identified as Russ Bien Aime, at a local gas station near NW St. James Drive, police say. <\/p>\n

Police said during his arrest, he tried providing officers with a fake name. When police searched his vehicle, they also found a loaded handgun, over 1 pound of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and over $4,000 in cash.<\/p>\n He was booked on counts of giving false ID to law enforcement, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.<\/p>\n Find more ways to stay up to date with your latest local news.
