Designed by Arquitectonica, the mixed-use community will introduce residences, offices, retail, restaurants, public plazas, and one of the largest racquet and padel destinations in the country, operated by ULTRA Padel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35822 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Midtown-Park-by-Proper-Tower-Padel-Retail-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"2560\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rendering courtesy of Proper Hospitality.<\/p>\n<p>Once complete, the plan will deliver 924 residential units, 60,000 square feet of office space, and more than 120,000 square feet of designer retail. The layout prioritizes public space and pedestrian connectivity, centered around two major plazas and landscaped streetscapes. The master plan includes two 28-story towers, two 17-story towers, and a low-rise retail building.
