South Fork<\/a> extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping them up to 6-1. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 47-42 W against the Port St. Lucie Jaguars<\/a>. The 47-point effort marked the Bulldogs’ lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn’t matter.<\/p>\n As for Port St. Lucie, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That’s put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. Those defeats can’t be blamed on the team’s offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points over those games.<\/p>\n Port St. Lucie’s loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Antono Richardson<\/a>, who went 7-for-12 to rack up 17 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Daniel Alexis<\/a> was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 11 points and nine boards.<\/p>\n South Fork wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 65-61 defeat against Tradition Prep on the 10th. As for Port St. Lucie, they have also already played their next game, a 59-56 loss against Westwood on the 11th.<\/p>\n
