Westcourt is leasing office and retail space in downtown Orlando\u2019s sports and entertainment district.<\/p>\n

The development team behind Westcourt, downtown Orlando\u2019s anticipated mixed-use destination, recently announced that leasing is ongoing for its 310,000 square feet of Class A office space. Strategically located adjacent to the Kia Center, Westcourt is designed to be a catalyst for innovation, offering best-in-class amenities and direct access to the city\u2019s premier sports, entertainment, and academic hubs.<\/p>\n

\"Westcourt<\/a>Westcourt is a multi-phase project delivering a full urban experience that includes a 265-key Kimpton-branded hotel, 269 high-rise residential units, a 3,500-capacity Live Nation-operated events venue, 125,000 square feet of entertainment and dining retail, and 1.5 acres of vibrant green space. The development also includes over 1,140 parking spaces, addressing a major need in downtown Orlando.<\/p>\n

The anticipated delivery date is 2028.<\/p>\n

The Westcourt office space will set a new benchmark for tenant experience in the region, with elevated amenities including a 6,000-square-foot rooftop sports court and event space, an outdoor terrace, fitness center, tenant lounge, and full-building Wi-Fi. Designed for flexibility and modern work styles, the project also offers dedicated conference and meeting spaces to support hybrid and in-person collaboration. Westcourt is just steps away from some of downtown\u2019s staples including the Dr. Phillips Center, Inter & Co. Stadium, Camping World Stadium and the SunRail station.<\/p>\n

Located in the heart of Orlando\u2019s sports and entertainment district, Westcourt is just steps from Inter&Co Stadium, Camping World Stadium, UCF Downtown, and Valencia College, positioning tenants at the intersection of talent, energy, and opportunity.
