The project was designed by Humphrey\u2019s &amp; Partners Architects and built by Kaufman Lynn. Construction financing of approximately $65 million was provided by Centerbridge Partners in 2024.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-37112\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_8107-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: The Winslow.<\/p>\n<p>The Winslow offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental residences. Unit interiors feature luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, spa-style bathrooms with soaking tubs and backlit mirrors, and private balconies.<\/p>\n<p>On-site amenities include a fitness center, coworking lounge, entertainment kitchen, on-site marketplace, and dog spa.
