The first residents have moved into the recently completed condo tower at the Four Seasons Private Residences<\/a> in Disney\u2019s exclusive Golden Oak community, occupying some of the swankiest \u2014 and priciest \u2014 condominiums in the market.<\/p>\n

Construction of the tower and 31 units was completed in November. Disney won\u2019t comment about specific sales numbers, but according to public records, the developer has closed 12 sales in the last three weeks for a combined $70.37 million, according to a report in GrowthSpotter.<\/a> The sales prices range from $5.28 million to $7.4 million. Each buyer also must pay condo assessments totaling between $100,000 and $200,000 annually.<\/p>\n

Host Hotels and Resorts<\/a>\u00a0bought the Four Seasons Resort Orlando and adjacent land in 2021 for $640 million. The vacant land had previously been approved for timeshares, but the developer rezoned it for condominiums. HHR and Disney jointly announced the expansion of the Four Seasons branded residences in July 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very pleased with sales and sales interest for this new development,\u201d said Page Pierce, Disney\u2019s vice president of real estate development. \u201cThere are a limited number of units still available.\u201d<\/p>\n

At least two of those units are listed for sale. One<\/a> is a penthouse residence, a four-bedroom and four-bathroom unit listed for $10.25 million.<\/p>\n

It spans 7,015 square feet and is the Skyline<\/a> floor plan across two levels with a grand staircase connecting the two.<\/p>\n

Another unit<\/a> is 3,715 square feet and is listed for $5.628 million. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms in the Aria Luxe Residence<\/a> floor plan, the smallest of the six floorplans available in the tower.<\/p>\n

The listings say both units have natural tones throughout with lots of windows and open spaces. Gourmet kitchens with high-end appliances are part of the \u201cmodern-transitional design.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nine boutique homes<\/a> at Florian Park are part of the development, and the project\u2019s website says only one is remaining for sale. Those homes are expected to be completed in summer 2026,<\/p>\n

The remaining home has the so-called Autumn floor plan with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms in 5,544 square feet, the largest floor plan of the detached residences available, with the others also being over 5,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

Each home has \u201ctransitional French-Moderne architecture, graciously appointed interiors and meticulous landscape design\u201d with attached garages, private backyards with a summer kitchen and a heated lounging pool.<\/p>\n

As part of Golden Oak, The Four Seasons Private Residences are just a few miles from the Magic Kingdom.<\/p>\n

\u201cResidents also will enjoy legendary Disney service and spectacular amenities through membership in the Golden Oak Club,\u201d Pierce said. \u201cClub membership offers access to enriching events, select concierge-style services, a private clubhouse with dining options, fitness center, pool, Walt Disney World Resort theme park transportation services, premier Disney-designed experiences, and more.\u201d<\/p>\n

But additional amenities set the new development apart from others in Golden Oak.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat makes these Four Seasons residences special is that care and attention that a dedicated director of residences will ensure that residents and their homes are cared for with the quality and service for which Four Seasons is renowned,\u201d Pierce explained, adding that means 24-hour concierge and front office assistance.<\/p>\n

Those people can help with a variety of \u201ccore and a la carte services, including menu planning, grocery delivery, dog walking, housekeeping, premium entertainment, and more,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The Private Residences will have a private pool and spa, and residents will also be able to use Four Seasons\u00a0Hotel<\/a> amenities, including the resort\u2019s pools\u00a0and the fitness center.<\/p>\n
