{"id":83951,"date":"2025-12-15T14:16:06","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T14:16:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/83951\/"},"modified":"2025-12-15T14:16:06","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T14:16:06","slug":"1m-winning-powerball-ticket-sold-at-fl-grocery-store-reports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/83951\/","title":{"rendered":"$1M-Winning Powerball Ticket Sold At FL Grocery Store: Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CLEARWATER, FL \u2014 While nobody took home the billion-dollar jackpot in Saturday\u2019s Powerball drawing, someone in Florida still won big. <\/p>\n<p>A $1 million-winning ticket was sold at a Clearwater Publix ahead of the drawing, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wfla.com\/news\/florida-lottery\/1m-winning-powerball-ticket-sold-at-clearwater-publix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">WFLA reported<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The winner bought a Quick Pick ticket at the store, located at 525 S. Belcher Road, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/news\/lottery\/article313694052.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the Miami Herald said<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The $1 million-winning ticket matched all five white balls in Saturday\u2019s drawing \u2014 1, 28, 31, 57 and 58 \u2014 according to <a href=\"https:\/\/floridalottery.com\/games\/draw-games\/powerball\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the Florida Lottery website<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>It didn\u2019t match the sixth number, 24, on the red Powerball, though. <\/p>\n<p>Four other tickets sold nationwide also won $1 million by matching the five white balls. These tickets were sold in California, Minnesota, New Jersey and Virginia, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powerball.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the Powerball website<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Two $2 million-winning tickets were also sold, in North Carolina and Pennsylvania, Powerball officials said.
